Before founding Lender Recruiting, Reed served as Chief Financial Officer for ResortVentures, LLC, an Atlanta based real estate development company. In this role, he was responsible for financial oversight and asset management for the ownership group of a recently opened Capella Pedregal resort in Cabo San Lucas (www.capellacabo.com).
Reed has 28 years of equipment leasing, asset-based lending and factoring experience having served in various senior level positions in sales, marketing and credit. Prior experience includes Division President and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for various business units within Textron Financial Corporation, Division President for Omni National Bank’s Factoring Division, Vice President of Business Development for Presidential Financial Corporation, Vice President of Business Development for Wells Fargo Business Credit, and Vendor Finance Group Manager for CIT.
Reed is active in several finance associations and served as Treasurer then as President for the Atlanta Chapter of the National Funding Association (NFA) in years 2006 through 2008.
Katie’s background in Human Resource management and recruiting is a welcome addition to Lender Recruiting’s team. Her previous responsibilities as a Human Resource Supervisor and Staffing Manager with Macy’s/Federated Department Stores included leadership recruitment and personnel development.
Previous experience includes advertising sales for Tel-A-Point Marketing where Katie quickly became their top producing sales representative. She was responsible for the design and sale of local directories though out the state of Florida and in the training of new sales representatives.
Prior to joining Lender Recruiting, for the past 10 years, Katie had run her own business, RDS Consulting where she advised, budgeted and managed various projects for her clients.
Katie’s broad Human Resource experience combined with her previous sales experience allows her to understand the need to match the perfect candidate with the hiring employer.
Frank joined Lender Recruiting after a successful 30 year career as an executive in credit management, risk analysis, strategic planning and loss control.
Frank was SVP, Deputy Chief Credit Officer of the Commercial Services Division of GMAC and was responsible for a $5 billion portfolio of businesses in North America. He authored the company's credit policy while successfully reducing losses in the volatile Retail market.
Frank has extensive experience in creating reporting software for credit departments to use in the analysis of new and existing clients. Most recently, Frank mentored a team of 26 credit professionals was able to implement plans to enhance the skills of those reporting to him.
Over the past 35 years, Jim has been involved in all aspects of asset based lending and factoring, including new business, credit, underwriting, operations and audit. He has been involved in financing mergers and acquisitions, recapitalization, refinances, restructurings and many other types of consultations.
During his career in asset based lending, Jim has held positions of responsibility with various lenders including Bank of America, Commercial Credit Business Loans, Inc., Marine Midland Bank, Maryland National Industrial Finance, Whirlpool Financial Corporation, Fremont Financial Corporation, FINOVA, Textron Financial Corporation, and First Capital. Prior to his extensive experience in the finance and lending business, his professional background included credit management positions with two "Fortune 500" companies, Borden, Inc. and Air Products & Chemicals, Inc.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lehigh University and has done post graduate course work at Syracuse University, Siena College and Moravian College. He is an active member in the Turnaround Management Association, the Commercial Finance Association and the Association for Corporate Growth.
Paul is an accomplished Commercial Finance Executive with a strong background in audit, portfolio management, credit and the management of the new business process.
Paul began his career in commercial finance as a field examiner for BankAmerica’s Asset Based Lending Group. Since then he has held positions of increasing responsibility. Most notable were Senior Vice President, Managing Director for Textron Financial Corporation’s Finance Company Lending unit; Senior Vice President and Eastern Division Manager for the CIT Group based in New York; Senior Vice President, Group Executive for BankAmerica Business Credit’s Specialized Finance unit. Most recently Paul was the Executive Vice President of Allied Affiliated Funding, LLC, a Dallas, Texas based factoring company.
Paul graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has completed graduate work at Syracuse University and The Ohio State University. He is a past board member of the Commercial Finance Association, the Philadelphia Turnaround Management Association and the International Factoring Association. Paul is active in the Boy Scouts of America currently serving on the board of the Washington Crossing Council, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Bill is an experienced banker with 20+ years of credit, lending and management experience. While working in banks in the Carolinas and Georgia he served in various roles including Division Manager, Senior Lender, and as the CEO for de novo community bank that he organized. Since that bank was sold, Bill spent the last 13 years working for Moody’s Analytics partnering with banks throughout the country, the Caribbean and Bermuda helping them identify, manage, and mitigate risk in their lending portfolios.
Bill is a graduate of Furman University with a degree in Economics and Finance. He has done post graduate work at the ABA’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He is a past Chair of Leadership GBA and served on the Board of the Georgia Bankers Association.
